Stressful demands on businesses and increasing polarized social pressures often bring unprecedented challenges for individuals and teams.
This can show up as anxiety, tension, or defensiveness inside us, ultimately impacting the way we relate with ourselves and each other.
Our programs focus on leveraging the resistances and tensions that arise. We learn to lean forward into deepening our listening, cultivating interpersonal empathy, and unlocking innovative outcomes.

Our Offerings

Tier 2 - Intro Workshop
One 2-hr workshop that includes a shared experience of evocative short films, and direct experience with authentic relating practices to ignite self-awareness and empathy.

Tier 3 - Full Program
Five 2-hr sessions plus at-home activities, offering a deeper exploration of empathy-based leadership in practice. Building upon Tier 2, this program goes into shifting the blame frame and deconstructing hero/villain roles in how we see ourselves and each other. The full program includes films, authentic-relating practices, and self-reflective growth work that is integrated into the broader collective experience and can be referenced for continued practice moving forward.

Tier 1 - Speaking Engagement
A 1-hour speaking engagement that shares the ethos of the empathy-based leadership, gives a taster of the experience, and offers an overview of the full program. The speaking engagement is a great way to help generate excitement and curiosity about the work, and provides the opportunity to announce the date and details of the upcoming workshop or program. The speaking engagement does allow for a larger group.
